Post-service limits. Prior service may not become a partisan credential or private influence network.
CITIZEN COUNCILS
A general council. Specialized knowledge.
The General Citizen Council addresses institution-wide matters. Specialized Citizen Councils receive additional training for their domains. Their exact relationship to the Assembly must be set out in the final governing text.
